This weekend workshop is perfect for beginners eager to explore the versatility of watercolour painting. Over the course of two days, you will learn fundamental techniques that will form the foundation of your watercolour practice. From mastering washes and gradients to experimenting with texture, you’ll discover how to harness the fluidity of this beautiful medium. All materials will be supplied!
Throughout the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to paint a variety of subjects, ranging from landscapes to still life's, and explore different artistic styles, including loose, expressive washes and detailed, precise rendering. Jan will guide you through each technique, offering personalized tips to help you build confidence and refine your skills. By the end of the weekend, you'll have created several watercolour pieces and gained the knowledge to continue experimenting and developing your own artistic style in this versatile medium.
