This weekend workshop focuses on botanical subjects, including flowers, leaves, and fruits. It’s designed for complete beginners, offering an introduction to essential watercolour techniques that can be applied to a wide variety of themes, not just botanical art. No prior drawing experience is required, as reference images will be provided for students to transfer onto their paper. For those with some experience in watercolours, this workshop also offers an excellent opportunity to delve into the process of botanical art, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
All materials used in the workshop are professional-grade, and these will be provided to students, ensuring that everyone has access to high-quality supplies. By the end of the session, participants will gain valuable insights into the tools and equipment required to pursue watercolour painting further on their own. Whether you are starting from scratch or building on existing skills, this workshop promises a fun and informative experience in botanical watercolour painting.
