To the best of Jan’s knowledge there is no other workshop like this in Australia! So bring your pencils and be ready to try something different.
Where: ‘Framed Just for You’ Unit 2/ 142 Brisbane Rd, Biggera Waters, Gold Coast. In the same building as Eckersley’s Art & Craft. Upstairs air-conditioned studio. Parking directly outside.

WHAT TO BRING:
A large range of artist quality coloured pencils (they can be water-soluble).
Pencil and kneadable eraser
Very smooth board, A3 size or thereabouts to rest your paper on
Soft brush for brushing away pencil crumbs
Quality pencil sharpener. Jan will bring 3 of hers which you are welcome to use
One sheet of graphite transfer paper. Masking tape.
Optional surfaces: Small 'cradled wood' board, Wood chopping board or any other wood surface that is unvarnished or had the varnish removed. Drafting film and transparent Yupo are other options. Jan will also bring 'samples' of various papers to try out.
References: Jan will also have plenty of copyright-free references to share, but you are also welcome to bring your own choice.
Morning and afternoon tea is complimentary, BYO lunch. (Refrigerator & microwave available.) Restaurants directly across the road.
